Our company has been audited and awarded the Qualicert by recognised standards assessors – SGS Ireland. We have also been audited to I.S.999:2004 standard ensuring excellent business practices as well as being an ISO 9001:2000 accredited company.
All security officers are of the highest integrity and character and are employed in sensitive positions requiring utmost responsibility and trust. A condition of employment for all security officers is the fulfilment of a police clearance form and a complete verifiable 10 year history check is conducted. All previous work references are also checked in full to ascertain the applicants suitability for employment with us. We aim to attract, recruit and retain the best possible people as part of our security team.
Screening of Staff
All staff who apply for positions with Kennedy Security go through a thorough screening process. All applicants must:
Have full Garda clearance and have an individual license issued by the Private Security Authority.
Be Physically fit and capable of acrrying out duties as assigned by our Operations and Training Department.
Have previous work references for a ten year period and beyond as well as character references.
Undergo constant training and be capable of dealing with emergencies.
Be disciplined and responsible having a strong work ethic.
Be smart in his/her appearance and be well groomed.
