At Kennedy Security we constantly supervise and support our staff. All movements of our patrol divisions and static guards are strictly monitored 24/7, 365 days a year.
Since our formation Kennedy Security have invested heavily in a state of the art 24 Hour Control and Command Centre. This ensures that all Security Officers receive the full support and backup of trained control room operators day and night.
This Control Room is used to monitor the movements of all Security Officers and our Patrol Division 24 hours a day. Our Mobile Patrol Vehicles are also continuously tracked using Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite technology ensuring their safety at all times. Working in close liaison with the Gardai, Kennedy controllers are in a position to identify potential hazards or threats, and advise customers and security officers accordingly.
Being in constant communication with our Security Officers at customer locations also ensures that our staff are safe at all times. Control Room operators can quickly dispatch supervisors, patrol drivers and emergency services if required. All security officers patrols, site visits, open up/lock ups of buildings and alarm response services which we provide for our clients are logged and monitored carefully by Control Room Operators. A detailed list of patrol times can be given to any of our clients on request.
We also offer a facility to businesses whereby lone workers can be monitored throughout their shift by our 24 hour Control Centre.
